Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges).

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in its original packaging.
• Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized items.
• Items marked as final sale.
• Items that have been altered or modified.
• Digital downloads and gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

2. We’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
• We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
